Delete your MindMint account

MindMint by Norevo (Mandal Software ENK). You can delete your account and all data stored about you on our servers at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open MindMint and tap the settings icon. 2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. 3. Confirm. Your account is removed from our servers straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email contact@norevo.io with your username, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your username, device identifier, device key, recovery code, points, streak, daily scores, seen-question history and challenges. In other players’ remaining challenges your username is replaced with “[deleted]”. Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Subscription records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for accounting, under their own policies. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account does not cancel it.
